Emmaus Library Book SaleThe Emmaus Library Book Sale

April 1st
On Saturday, April 1st, the Emmaus Library will be hosting its annual book sale! There will be thousands of books for under $0.50. Sets and coveted books are priced higher, though they are usually the first things to go. You won't find a liquidation of religious books, children's books, pamphlets, records, tapes, CDs or DVDs quite like this anywhere else.

This year, the sale will also include various items from our I.T. department. Whether it be disk drives and printers or network cables, routers and switches, you are certain to find a great deal.

Doors open at 8:00am. Contact our Librarian, John Rush, at jrush@emmaus.edu if you have any questions.

FOI ConferenceFriends of Israel Conference

April 22nd
When King David took the throne, political and societal structures drastically changed in ancient Israel. ’The Bible tells us, however, the sons of Issachar chose to ally with David because they understood the times and their discernment produced confidence that David was God's chosen. As in the days of David, our world is rapidly changing. Uncertainty about what's coming next can easily result in our faith being replaced by fear. As Christians, God reminds us that political restructuring, leadership changes, and the continuing moral decay of society don't confound His plans, instead God works through it all to accomplish His plans. Like the sons of Issachar, who understood the times and chose wisely, our challenge is to discern how God is at work in our times.

Join Steve Herzig and Tom Simcox with Friends of Israel as they conduct sessions from 9am-3pm on Saturday here on campus. Tickets are $10 per person and include lunch. Click here for more information and to register!
